These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the Ready Set Leads website at www.readysetleads.io (the Site) and any related communications, materials, or services provided by Ready Set Leads (we, our, or us). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Ready Set Leads provides outbound infrastructure and operating services, including deliverability focused sending environment setup and management, targeting support, messaging development, outbound execution, reply handling, and qualification processes. Our productized service may be referred to as the RSL Outbound Engine.
You agree not to misuse the Site. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, access non public areas, scrape the Site without permission, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice.
We do not guarantee a specific number of meetings, replies, leads, revenue, or outcomes. We design and operate outbound infrastructure intended to drive qualified meetings, but outcomes vary based on market conditions, offer quality, targeting, list quality, timing, and other factors outside our control.
If you engage our services, you agree that you are responsible for:
Providing accurate information and timely feedback
Approving targeting and messaging when required
Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies related to outreach, privacy, and marketing
Ensuring your offer, product claims, and sales practices are lawful and accurate
If approvals or inputs are delayed, timelines and outcomes may be affected.
You agree not to use our services to support unlawful, deceptive, or harmful outreach. We may refuse, pause, or terminate services if we believe your use case creates legal, compliance, reputational, or deliverability risk.
Our services may involve third party platforms and vendors. Some components of the sending environment may be hosted by third parties. We own and manage the setup, operations, and standards of the sending environment and related systems, even when parts are hosted on third party tools. Third party platforms have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third party outages or changes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
We retain all rights to our methodologies, templates, frameworks, and internal systems
You retain rights to your trademarks, brand assets, and proprietary materials you provide
Deliverables created specifically for you may be licensed for your internal business use
You may not resell, publish, or distribute our materials as standalone products without written permission
We may receive non public information about your business in the course of providing services. Both parties agree to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of providing or receiving services.
The Site and any materials are provided on an as available basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready Set Leads will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site or services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Ready Set Leads for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months prior to the event.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
The Site may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for third party content or practices. Access third party sites at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site and update the Last Updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
